for Dutch Goes the Photo’s Tuesday Challenge: Trip
While I am slightly jealous of jansenphoto’s recent European tour, when I read the blogger’s Tuesday photo challenge for the week was Trip, it occurred to me that I don’t even need to take one to respond to this challenge. One major benefit to living in a large, diverse metropolis is the variety of experiences one can have in a single day or week without leaving the metro area. Each neighborhood is so small that one can easily pass through several in one day.
Here are some of my favorite photographs taken around New York City that bring this point home. I hope that you enjoy them.
Thank you. This challenge was open to many interpretations. Nice choice!

Very nice urban approach while the last photo is my favourite. My best greetings from another big town in the heart of Europe!

Thank you Urban Liaisons! Me too :). It’s easy to forget that New York is a city surrounded by water.

What a wonderful interpretation. I love the water tanks paired with the mural.

Thank you I. J. Those water tanks ate so common in NYC that they are considered landmarks.
